Heads up: Stikr is a non-commercial, fan-made companion for a physical sticker album. It is provided as-is, with no warranties. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stikr iOS application ("the app", "Stikr"), published by Franyer Verjel ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Stikr you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Stikr on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store apps.
3. What Stikr does
Stikr helps you track which stickers you own from your personal football sticker collection, count duplicates, share lists, view statistics and optionally scan sticker codes using the device camera. All data is stored locally on your device and, optionally, synced via your private iCloud container. Stikr does not sell or hold any inventory of physical stickers and is not a marketplace.
4. Independence and trademarks
Stikr is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any sports federation, sticker manufacturer, beverage sponsor, broadcaster, or national football association. The three-letter prefixes used by the app (such as ARG, BRA, FRA) are common country abbreviations used so that users can match codes against the stickers they paste in or scan themselves. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names that may appear in user-imported content belong to their respective owners. No third-party sticker artwork or copyrighted imagery is reproduced inside the app.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for any content you paste into the Import feature, type into the app or share from it. The clipboard parser does not validate the source of the data. You agree not to use Stikr to violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
6. No warranty
Stikr is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, that data will always sync correctly via iCloud, or that text recognition will always identify codes accurately.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Franyer Verjel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of Stikr. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to obtain the app (if any).
8. Updates
We may release updates, fixes or feature changes through the App Store. Some updates may add, modify or remove features. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and inside the app where relevant.
9. Termination
You may stop using Stikr at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue Stikr at our discretion. These Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the app.
10. Privacy
Use of Stikr is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
